Gardaí called to incident at Ireland team hotel

Officers attended the scene of an incident at the Republic of Ireland football squad’s team hotel today, gardaí have confirmed.

It has been reported that one of a group of fans gathered outside the Portmarnock Hotel in north Dublin was allegedly involved in an altercation with a member of the Irish camp after seeking an autograph.
