Liverpool star plays adorable prank on schoolkids

Not content with topping the Premier League, Liverpool’s Daniel Sturridge decided to give some local schoolkids a day they will never forget.

In a video released on the club’s Youtube channel, Sturridge travelled to Anfield Junior School to surprise students as they talked about their favourite players from Liverpool.

As the kids reel off names like Suarez, Gerrard and Mignolet, Daniel is relieved when he is finally mentioned and sneaks in to give the delighted little ones a shock.

After chatting for a while the striker proceeds to teach the students his trademark celebration - the ‘wriggly-arm dance’.

The kids seemed to love meeting Sturridge and it is nice to see Premier League stars give something back, even if they have to deal with rival fans (see the Everton supporter in the video).
