Pardew splashes out on Mars bar bet with Everton fan

Alan Pardew is obviously feeling flush after signing his eight-year contract with Newcastle recently.

A Youtube clip from an Everton fan surfaced over the weekend of the Magpies boss lodging an extravagant bet that his club will finish higher than the Toffees this season.

Judging by the fact they were beaten 3-2 by the Merseysiders and they currently lie below them, he may want to review that.
