Terry snubs FA chairman

John Terry was at the centre of another storm after snubbing Football Association chairman David Bernstein’s handshake.

Terry still maintains a resentment at Bernstein’s role in stripping him of the England captaincy and the subsequent four-match FA ban for racially abusing QPR’s Anton Ferdinand.
