No new Chelsea offer for Moses

Wigan manager Roberto Martinez has reported no change in Victor Moses’ situation, with Chelsea still yet to match the Latics’ valuation of their forward.

The Blues have been heavily linked with a move for Moses throughout the summer but have so far failed to make an offer in line with Wigan’s asking price, believed to be in the region of £9m, with only a few days left in the transfer window.
