Blatter: England wants to 'destroy' FIFA

FIFA president Sepp Blatter said that he believes England wants to "destroy" the sport's global governing body.

He also said that their animosity stems from their failure to accept a loss of control within the organisation since Stanley Rous was ousted as president 37 years ago.
