No trouble for Drogs as Freeman scores brace

David Freeman scored twice inside as many minutes to put the gloss on Drogheda's passage through to the fourth round of the FAI Ford Cup.

Darragh Hanaphy gave Drogheda a seventh minute lead when scooping home the rebound after Ronan Forde made a superb parry save from Dinny Corcoran's shot.

Drogheda didn't kill off the Galway First Division side until the 76th minute when Corcoran scored against the run of play.

Freeman then came into his own with goals in the 83rd and 84th minutes to give the match a flattering scoreline.
