Quigley back for Drogheda

Drogheda United are still searching for their first win of the season as they take on Bohemians at Hunky Dorys Park tonight (kick-off 7.45pm).

Stephen Quigley should return to the Drogheda squad after recovering from a stomach bug.

Drogheda manager Mick Cooke said: “I think we have been leading in four of our last five games and never managed to hold the lead.

“There is a fear factor out there, we seem to just want to take the lead then defend it when we should be pressing on.

“Bohemians haven't been firing on all cylinders just yet, but they are far from the young inexperienced team that people might think. There were nine league winning players in their team on Monday night.”

For Bohemians, Anto Flood is carrying a knock, but he is likely to feature, although Christy Fagan remains out with a hamstring strain.

Mark Rossiter is also struggling with a hamstring strain but may be fit to face Drogheda.

Glenn Cronin remains out with a knee injury, while goalkeeper Barry Murphy is also missing with a groin strain.

Gypsies boss Pat Fenlon is concerned about the amount of games his side have had to play in quick succession.

Fenlon said: “We don’t have the bodies to cope with it. These fixtures are overloading players who are only part-time.”
