Van Der Sar determined to quit at the top

Edwin van der Sar was genuinely moved at hearing the Stretford End bellow “One more year” in recognition of his man-of-the-match performance in the 2-0 win over Arsenal, but he has no intention of giving in to their demands.

The 40-year-old has already announced this will be his last season and no matter what Manchester United’s appreciative fans say, he will not be changing his mind.
