Celtic and Manchester City have both been confirmed for a four-team tournament in Dublin alongside Inter Milan.

An Airtricity XI consisting of the best players in the Irish League will also take part in the pre-season competition at the Aviva Stadium on July 30-31.

Neil Lennon, who helped launch the tournament in Dublin today, said: “I feel privileged as Celtic manager to be able to take the first-team squad over to Ireland to play in the Dublin Super Cup tournament against some great sides.

“Obviously the club has very strong ties with Ireland and with our massive fanbase here, it promises to be a special occasion for myself, the players and the Celtic fans.”

Full details of the fixtures will be announced closer to the launch.
