McLeish set to make changes

Birmingham boss Alex McLeish is set to make several changes for tomorrow’s home FA Cup fourth-round clash against Coventry.

Craig Gardner – goal hero in Wednesday’s Carling Cup semi-final extra-time win over West Ham – is doubtful with an ankle injury, along with defender Roger Johnson (calf) and striker Cameron Jerome (hamstring).
