Aston Villa manager Martin O’Neill handed a debut to central defender Ciaran Clark in the Barclays Premier League meeting with Fulham.

Clark replaced Curtis Davies who suffered a recurrence of his shoulder problem during the Europa League play-off with Rapid Vienna in midweek.
