Toffees wait on Anichebe injury

Everton forward Victor Anichebe will have to wait to find out the full extent of the injury he sustained in the horror tackle from Kevin Nolan at the weekend.

Scans have revealed the 20-year-old suffered strained ligaments in his right knee, and as a result is “very sore indeed”, the Merseyside club said today.
