Spurs also have a host of injury problems ahead of the fourth-round tie, with Heurelho Gomes (thigh), Vedran Corluka (thigh), Ledley King (hamstring), Jermaine Jenas (calf), Jamie O’Hara (hip), Aaron Lennon (groin) and Darren Bent (groin) set to miss out.

Michael Dawson and Jonathan Woodgate are also doubtful with knocks, while Alan Hutton (foot) is a long-term absentee. Luka Modric (back/hamstring) will require a late test.
