Middlesbrough boss Gareth Southgate will be without Mark Schwarzer and Mido for tomorrow’s Barclays Premier League trip to Reading.

Goalkeeper Schwarzer is out for two to three weeks with a broken thumb, with Ross Turnbull in line to replace him, while striker Mido is expected to be sidelined until the new year with his groin injury.
