McSheffrey makes Bruce plea

Birmingham winger Gary McSheffrey has called for the club to end the uncertainty over manager Steve Bruce by making a decision on his future as soon as possible.

Wigan approached Blues yesterday for permission to speak to the former Manchester United defender with a view to filling the vacancy at the JJB created by the sacking of Chris Hutchings last week.
