Brown and Vidic absent from United training

Defenders Wes Brown and Nemanja Vidic were the notable absentees from training as Manchester United completed their preparations for tomorrow's Champions League clash with Roma at Old Trafford.

The pair picked up knocks during Premier League win at Birmingham and while there was no guidance from United as to whether their participation against the Italians was in doubt, it would be a surprise if either missed out.
