The Portuguese winger, who claimed the Professional Footballers Association's two major accolades, has now been officially honoured by his club and the United fans.

The 22-year-old was named Matt Busby Player of the Year and Fans' Player of the Year at an awards dinner at Old Trafford.

Paul Scholes received the Goal of the Season Award for his volley against Aston Villa in December while defender Kieran Lee was reserves player of the year.

Ronaldo was named PFA Player and Young Player of the Year last month.
