UCD make comeback to draw with St Pat's

League leaders St. Patrick's blew a 2-0 lead as UCD frustrated them for a second time in a week to extend their unebaten run to eight games.

With College - who knocked St. pat's out of the League Cup midweek - losing skipper Tony McDonnell to injury early on Saints got on top to eventually take the lead on 36 minutes when Mark Quigley beat Matt Gregg from 22-yards.

Gary O'Neill doubled St. Pat's lead on 58 minutes when Quigley turned provided.

But UCD never gave up the ghost and Timmy Purcell forced the ball home on 84 minutes before Paul Byrne levelled the match in the final minute from Conan Byrne's free-kick.
