Bayern rule out Hargreaves sale during transfer window

Bayern Munich have ruled out the possibility of Owen Hargreaves being sold during the January transfer window.

The England midfielder has repeatedly been linked with a move to Manchester United since last year's World Cup.

However, Bayern general manager Uli Hoeness told a German newspaper yesterday that the player will definitely not be leaving this winter.

However, the Bavarians could be willing to listen to offers exceeding €30m in the summer.
