Drogheda United manager Paul Doolin must make sweeping changes to his side for tonight’s Setanta Sports Cup clash with Portadown after suspension and injury rob him of several key players.

Stephen Bradley and Keith Fahey are both suspended after they were sent off in last week’s defeat by Cork City while Gavin Whelan is a major doubt with a calf strain.

That means that Paul Keegan, Sami Ristila and James Keddy are likely to start while striker Mark Leech is also in contention after missing last week’s Cork clash when on international duty.

Portadown, meanwhile, will select Paul Murphy in goal as regular ‘keeper David Miskelly misses out though injury.
