Mourinho strengthens with Maniche

Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho has again strengthened his squad by ensuring cover during the absence of Michael Essien with the loan signing of Maniche.

Portugal international Maniche has joined from Dynamo Moscow until the end of the season, when Chelsea will consider whether to spend up to £5m (€7.3m) on his acquisition.
