Hughes angered by sending off

Blackburn manager Mark Hughes believes referee Mark Halsey contributed to his side’s downfall for the second time this season.

With Blackburn trailing 1-0 to Everton at Ewood Park, Halsey and assistant Mark Warren combined to send off captain Andy Todd in the 31st minute.
