Keane in talks with Celtic
Roy Keane has held talks with Celtic and will tell the club next week if he is ready to join them.
The former Manchester United captain has been courted by a host of clubs since his departure from Old Trafford and his lawyer Michael Kennedy claims Celtic is an option which interests him.
He said: “There have been talks with lots of clubs – including Celtic.
“Roy has one or two more clubs still to see and there will be a decision during the course of next week.”
Everton yesterday joined the queue of clubs showing an interest in Keane, following West Brom, West Ham and Manchester City.
