Neville back in United squad
Roy Keane’s dramatic departure from Manchester United overshadows Gary Neville’s inclusion in the squad for tomorrow’s clash with Charlton.
The veteran England full-back came through a 60-minute reserve-team appearance against West Brom last night and although Sir Alex Ferguson suggested Neville would not be considered for the trip to the capital, the Scot has now changed his mind.
Ferguson brings the 30-year-old back into the fold for the first time since he suffered a groin strain against Debrecen three months ago.
There was further good news on the injury front for United, with Louis Saha back in training.
However, Ryan Giggs has been told it will be at least another fortnight before he is allowed to train again after the Welshman fractured his cheekbone against Lille last month.
