A Dutch expert on football hooliganism believes England fans still represent a high security risk despite good behaviour at the last two major championships.

Henk Groenevelt, head of the Centraal Informatiepunt Voetbalvandlisme – a Dutch police organisation designed to combat football hooliganism, picked out England fans as one of several groups who could cause problems at next year’s World Cup.
