Liverpool will be without two of their recruits from La Liga when they face Chelsea in a Champions League group G match at Anfield.

Striker Fernando Morientes has failed in his bid to shake off a hamstring injury to face the English champions, while midfielder Mohamed Sissoko is out with a groin problem.
