John Terry tonight dedicated his 2005 Professional Footballers’ Association Player of the Year Award to his Chelsea team-mates and manager.

The 24-year-old Blues captain was honoured with the accolade at tonight’s gala awards dinner at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.
