Cork City will not be postponing Friday night’s eircom League clash with Bray Wanderers despite striker Kevin Doyle’s call-up to the Republic of Ireland Under 21 squad.

Under League rules, City can postpone the fixture should they choose to because of Doyle’s call-up but manager Damien Richardson believes he has enough options to cope without his star man for the one game.

Waterford United have also decided to continue with their preparations for their clash with Finn Harps on Friday despite being without Daryl Murphy for the game though Longford Town, who will be without Stephen Paisley, have postponed their clash Derry City at the Brandywell.
