QPR have abandoned their bid to sign Czech Republic international Richard Dostalek after his club Rubin Kazan tried to change the terms of the deal.
The 30-year-old midfielder, a former Czech player of the year, had been training with Rangers this week and manager Ian Holloway was keen to sign him on loan until the end of the season.
