McCaul appointed as interim eircom League chairman

Paddy McCaul of Athlone Town was unanimously (17 votes) elected as interim chairman of the eircom League last night.

He will hold the position until the League AGM which will be held in Cork on February 5, 2005.

He was the sole candidate and was nominated by Kilkenny City and Sligo Rovers and was proposed at the meeting by Finn Harps and seconded by Kilkenny City.
