Walsall sign Mark Kinsella

Walsall have landed Republic of Ireland international Mark Kinsella on a two-year contract.

The Saddlers have become Kinsella’s third Midlands club of 2004 after the 31-year-old was released by Aston Villa in January and West Brom following the end of last season.

Walsall boss Paul Merson said the Irish star was "a great character to have around, both on and off the field".
