Millwall launch investigation

Millwall have confirmed they have launched an investigation into a serious training ground incident involving two players.

The News of the World reports youngster Moses Ashikodi and striker Mark McCammon were involved in a bust-up.

Millwall chairman Theo Paphitis told the newspaper: "I can confirm there was a very serious incident between two of our players. Because of the serious nature of the incident we are conducting a thorough investigation into the matter.

"It would therefore be inappropriate to make any further comment until that investigation has been concluded."
