Striker Thierry Henry is set to be left out of Arsenal’s starting line-up for tomorrow’s FA Cup fourth round tie at home to Middlesbrough.

With Henry expected to be on the bench, Dennis Bergkamp is poised to return from a five-game injury absence – but Sylvain Wiltord and Jeremie Aliadiere are still ruled out and Kanu is away on African Nations’ Cup duty.

Arsene Wenger, who must decide whether to rest any other first-team regulars, could push Fredrik Ljungberg or Robert Pires up front or instead turn to one of his young forwards.

Provisional squad: Lehmann, Stack, Toure, Lauren, Cole, Clichy, Campbell, Cygan, Keown, Vieira, Gilberto, Edu, Parlour, Pires, Ljungberg, Henry, Bergkamp, Bentley, Owusu-Abeyie, Papadopulos, Smith.
