Dick Advocaat and Jaap Stam will quit international football if they are pipped to Euro 2004 by Scotland.

The former Rangers manager has not had an easy ride since taking charge of the Dutch national side and failing to overcome Berti Vogts’ men in the play-off would be the last straw.
