Fifa warn Greek clubs over foreign debts
Fifa have warned four Greek clubs to pay debts to foreign clubs - or face heavy sanctions.
Soccer's world governing body has stepped in and ordered the four clubs to pay up the transfer fees they owe.
First division AEK Athens and PAOK Thessaloniki, second division Panegialios, and third division Larissa have all been given official warnings.
Fifa ordered AEK to pay around £135,000 to Bulgaria's Spartak Varna by August 20 for the transfer of Ivan Roussev.
PAOK have been told to to give Argentinian side Velez Sarzfeld a similar fee by the same date for Patricio Camps.
The Greek football association EPO, through which Fifa issued the warnings, confirmed: "If they fail to pay, the clubs will start the Greek league season with a six-point penalty."
