Rivaldo says he is "pretty certain" he will be fit to play in Brazil's opening World Cup game against Turkey.

The Barcelona striker has been sidelined for almost a month by a knee injury.

But he came through Brazil's first training session in Malaysia without any side-effects.

Rivadlo said: "I felt really good after today's session.

"There was no pain. I'm feeling pretty confident and am pretty certain I'll be able to play in the opening match of the World Cup."
