Manchester United defender Gary Neville has accused the Football Association of hampering England’s World Cup bid by approving a ‘‘ridiculous’’ Premiership fixture list.

The country’s top players will have only 24 hours between the Premiership finale on May 11 and jetting off to Dubai to start their preparations for Japan and South Korea.
