Brady says lack of young Irish talent emerging ‘scary’

Liam Brady has warned that the lack of young football talent coming through from Ireland is "scary".

The Republic of Ireland legend recently stepped down as head of youth development at Arsenal, once a hotbed of young Irish internationals.

Now, though, there is no Irish starlet making a mark with the London giants, even though the Gunners are reputed to be interested in Cork City defender Brian Lenihan.
