Swedish coach having pleasant dreams

A sound sleeper who dreams of glory, Sweden coach Erik Hamren has overseen a masterclass in taking a laid-back approach to his side’s Euro 2012 Group D opener against co-hosts Ukraine.

“I have no problems sleeping at night,” a relaxed Hamren told a news conference at the Olympic stadium in Kiev last night.

“I don’t lie awake watching videos or DVDs. And when I sleep I dream that we win, and when I wake up, I wake up happy.”
