John Hayes, who was named in the original squad, has been forced out with a back strain.

Darragh Hurley comes onto the bench.

Paul Warwick comes into full-back for Felix Jones who injured himself in Munster's game against the Ospreys at Thomond Park last Saturday night.

Johne Murphy, operating in the outside centre channel up to now, will revert to the wing with Lifeimi Mafi restored to the centre.
