Wallace and Mafi back for Munster

Munster coach Tony McGahan has named David Wallace in a 27-man squad ahead of Munster’s Magners League clash with Glasgow in Firhill on Friday night (KO 8.05pm).

The Ireland and Lions openside will make his first appearance of the season for the Reds.

The squad has three notable absentees in the form of Felix Jones (cruciate ligament), Ian Dowling (hip) and Denis Fogarty (shoulder), who are all facing significant recovery spells.

Lifeimi Mafi also returns having impressed for Munster ‘A’ in the recent victory over the Ulster Ravens last week.
