O'Connor signs new Ulster contract

Twenty-year-old out-half Niall O'Connor has signed a professional contract which will keep him at Ravenhill until June 2009.

"At the minute I'm still learning and hopefully will continue to progress so it's great to be able to ask questions to the likes of David Humphreys, Paul Steinmetz and Paddy Wallace," said O'Connor.

"I think that a lot just comes with experience though and I've been lucky enough to have had the opportunity to gain a lot of that over the past few months which has helped my confidence grow."
