£30m cash boost for rugby

International Rugby Board chiefs today announced an unprecedented £30m (€43.2m) investment in developing the sport across the globe.

It represents the biggest high performance investment during the IRB’s 120-year history, with an ultimate aim of producing a more competitive World Cup.
