Pelous optimistic over Six Nations chances

France captain Fabien Pelous has refused to be disheartened by their poor performance against Scotland on Saturday and remains optimistic about the prospects for Les Bleus to do well in the RBS 6 Nations.

The French started their title defence in a less-than-convincing manner at the Stade de France when they snatched a 16-9 victory in the dying minutes of their opener with the Scots.
