Connacht have made four changes to the side that defeated Llanelli at the weekend for Saturday¹s Celtic League clash against The Borders at the Sportsground (kick-off 2.30 pm).

Coach Michael Bradley continues to rotate his squad as Connacht bid to build on what has been an excellent start to the season which has opened with four out of five wins.

Connacht have used a total of 30 players in the five games to date and this Saturday¹s selection has been influenced by the return from injury of Eric Elwood and Wayne Munn.

Elwood was taken off injured at half-time in the Celtic Cup clash away to The Borders last month and missed the victories away to Glasgow and Llanelli.

Munn was injured against Glasgow, while flanker Michael Swift, also injured in that game, is still out.

The two other changes see Shane Moore coming into the side in the centre, while hooker John Fogarty takes over from Bernard Jackman.

Flanker John Muldoon and scrum-half Conor O¹Loughlin are called up to the replacements bench for this encounter.

This is Connacht¹s first home match since the opening day of the season when they defeated Edinburgh.

Since then they have played four away matches in succession, defeating The Borders, Glasgow and Llanelli and going down to Cardiff.

It took a late rally to defeat The Borders 26-21 a few weeks ago and they will undoubtedly be boosted by their subsequent 22-20 win over Cardiff the following week.

Connacht (v The Borders): M. McHugh; M. Mostyn, D. Yapp, S. Moore, W. Munn; E. Elwood, M. Walls; R. Hogan, J. Fogarty, F. Boiroux; D. Browne, A. Farley; P. Neville, T. Carter, J. O¹Sullivan.

Replacements: B. Jackman, A. Clarke, M. McCarthy, J. Muldoon, C. O¹Loughlin, D. Hewitt, T. Robinson.
