Kilfeacle defeated bottom side St Mary’s 22-17.
Isaco Peato, Kevin Kinnane and Ciaran Lowry scored tries and Shane Luby added two conversions and a penalty.
Matthew Hickey and Robbie Gallagher replied with tries for Mary’s and Seán Lyons converted both and also added a penalty.
Galbally kept up their challenge with a 17-3 away win over Waterpark. Kevin O’Donoghue scored two tries for Galbally and Jack Donovan one.

Newcastle West were leading Muskerry 9-0 with three Seán Herlihy penalties but late tries from Paddy Hallissey and Liam Donovan saw Muskerry win 10-9.

St Senan’s defeated Clonakilty 11-8. Clonakilty led 8-5 at half time with a try from Batt Duggan and a Joe Lee penalty.

The UL 4G pitch hosted two Division 2 games. Leaders Abbeyfeale defeated Newport 27-10 with tries from Derry O’Connor, John Murphy, Colm O’Sullivan and Tom Hassett. Steve Daly kicked two conversions and a penalty.
Mallow won their first game of the campaign with a 26-20 win over Ennis. Conor O’Donovan and Mattie Taylor scored tries for Mallow and Jimmy Glynn converted both and kicked four penalties.
Liam Ryan, Pa Harding and John Sexton replied with tries for Ennis and Conor Dolan added a penalty and a conversion.
Cobh Pirates defeated Presentation at Rathuard 14-9 to stay in second place. Jack Higgins scored a try for the Pirates and Eamon Ronan kicked three penalties.

Kinsale lost at home to Thurles 10-7. Peter Coman and Aidan Dwyer scored tries for Thurles and Barry McQuaid replied with a try for Kinsale which Seán Kingston converted.

Castleisland defeated bottom side Dungarvan 24-22.
Mike Cronin and Willie Casey each scored two tries for Castleisland and Casey converted two.
Andrew Carey replied with two tries for Dungarvan and Michael Daly one. David Hickey converted two and also added a penalty.
Tralee and Waterford City played out a 23-23 draw. Ben O’Neill, Garrett Walsh and TJ O’Sullivan scored tries for Tralee and Walsh kicked two penalties and a conversion.
Youghal defeated Killarney 24-5 in Division 3 to stay top.
Brendan Mackey two, Alan Frahill O’Connor and Keith McCarthy were Youghal’s try scorers and McCarthy kicked two conversions.
