Who has the most carries in the European Champions Cup?

Ten standout facts after Round 3 of the pool stages.
Who has the most carries in the European Champions Cup?

- Dan Carter got his Racing 92 career off to winning start against Northampton Saints. The World Player of the Year delivered a typically composed performance as Racing added a second bonus point victory, but he also showed his intent to his new teammates with 10 tackles, only two of which were missed.

- Leicester Tigers, whose form gets better and better, became the first club to defeat Munster twice at Thomond Park in the European Cup. The two other clubs who have triumphed on the storied Limerick turf in Europe's top flight competition are Ulster Rugby and ASM Clermont Auvergne.

- What a difference three years make! In 2012, Exeter Chiefs were crushed 46-12 by ASM Clermont Auvergne at Sandy Park, but last weekend, Clermont were very much on the wrong end of the result as the home side stormed to a 31-14 success to edge ahead of the Ospreys on points difference at the top of Pool 2.

- When the dust settled on Ulster Rugby's impressive 38-0 win over Toulouse at Kingspan Stadium, the disappointed losers were left to reflect on the fact that this was also the first time in 147 matches in Europe's top flight that they had failed to score.

- Unbeaten Saracens, who lead the way in Pool 1, are the tournament top scorers to date with 104, and Chris Wyles, who crossed in the win against Oyonnax, is the top try scorer with four.

- Brice Dulin of Racing 92 was in sharp form at Stade Yves-du-Manoir against Northampton after a disappointing World Cup for France and the full-back scored two tries in a professional match for the first time in his career.

- Round 3 Nerves of Steel Award goes to George Ford of Bath Rugby whose perfect 86th minute touchline conversion of Anthony Watson's try gave his side a dramatic 25-23 victory over Wasps at the Ricoh Arena.

- Dan Biggar, who added 19 points to his European total in Ospreys' win against Bordeaux-Bègles, remains the tournament top scorer with 48 points.

- The hat-trick by Glasgow Warriors' powerful Aussie wing, Taqele Naiyaravoro, in the convincing 43-6 success against Scarlets was the second in the club's history in the European Cup. The first Glasgow player to achieve the feat was Thom Evans against Bath in the 2008/09 season.

- Jack Nowell, who starred in Exeter's outstanding win over Clermont, leads the tournament stats in the carries category with 45, and he has also beaten the most defenders with 19.
