Teams battle for Mulcahy memorial trophy

There is a brand new trophy for the Avonmore Munster Schools’ Junior Cup winners this season, the silverware presented by Castletroy College, winners of the double in 2008.

In today’s semi-final at Dooradoyle (3.30pm), Castletroy attempt to put another one over on their Cork rivals, Christian Brothers College, whom they defeated in the Under-15 McCarthy Cup final last season.
