Henry de Bromhead likely to dominate in Ballinrobe

Henry de Bromhead is well represented on Tuesday’s eight-race at Ballinrobe and it’ll be a surprise if the Waterford trainer fails to claim at least one winner.
His best chance comes in the RBC Brewin Dolphin Rated Novice Hurdle where Lureka Du Noyer can score in the hands of Darragh O’Keeffe.
The French recruit has won just one of his 10 career starts but that win came on his first start for De Bromhead, the Doctor Dino gelding comfortably getting the better of 17 rivals to justify even-money favouritism in a maiden hurdle at Limerick in May.
The second, third, and fourth in that race have all since run well so the form of the race reads well in the context of this next assignment.
With further improvement likely, Lureka Du Noyer should prove a tough nut to crack.
De Bromhead can also strike in the bumper, where Ballybollen looks to have been found a good opportunity to make a winning debut. The Nathaniel gelding won’t have to be a superstar to land the spoils under John Gleeson.
On the back of an encouraging effort at Clonmel last month, It's Time Again can claim her fourth career success in the first division of the Sweeney Oil Handicap Hurdle.
The David Barry-trained 10-year-old mare looked set to spring a 40-1 surprise last time out but fell at the second last flight when still three lengths to the good.
Sallap, the main beneficiary of It's Time Again’s fall, has won since so a 2lb rise for a fine effort doesn’t look an insurmountable burden for the selection.
The fact her most recent success, in April of last year, came at this venue is a further positive for her prospects and she ought to go close.
